Workplace Counselling

As part of our service, we offer a free initial consultation with a counsellor to all our clients. This 15-minute phone call is designed to put clients at ease, answer any questions they may have, and understand what brings them to counseling. This helps us match with a counsellor who provide the best possible level of support.

At our counselling service, we offer sessions that last between 45 minutes to an hour, with guarantee that the client will always have the same counsellor. We provide counselling sessions online, over the phone, at our office, or in the employee. We guarantee that your employee will be seen by their counsellor within two weeks. We understand that the therapeutic relationship is the most important part of the client's journey, so we offer the client the chance change their counsellor they find they are not the right fit them. All bookings are done on our online system to make it easier for employees to access counselling. Counselling is confidential, and notes are kept between the counsellor and client.

At Kōwhai Trade Services we understand that every organisation has unique needs. That's why organisations choose the allocated number of counselling sessions per employee, as well as the possibility include family members. You can also choose between a retainer or non-retainer option, and decide if you want to include emergency response. 

Our emergency response option provides organisations with the necessary preparation for unexpected events such as workplace accidents or sudden deaths. Our team of counsellors is readily available to provide support to your employees during these difficult times.
