Conflict Resolution

At Kōwhai Trade Services, we understand that conflicts and challenges can arise in the world of trades. From miscommunications and project delays to differing world views, resolving these issues efficiently is crucial to ensure smooth operations and maintain positive relationships within teams. That's where our expertise in conflict resolution comes in.

Why Conflict Resolution Matters

In the fast-paced and demanding field of trades, conflicts can hinder progress, compromise project timelines, and impact overall productivity. Unresolved disputes can lead to frustration, financial losses, and damage to professional reputations. Therefore, having a reliable conflict resolution process is essential to safeguard your projects and maintain a harmonious working environment.

What is our process?

KTS meets with business owners and/or managers to discuss the current conflict and the goal desired from conflict resolution.

A KTS facilitator meets individually with all members of the team to explore team dynamics and history.

KTS facilitators decide on the format of the conflict resolution, this could be through mediation or a facilitated group session. The facilitators will then develop the appropriate activities and resources and identify processes for reaching decisions and resolving conflicts.

The session is then undertaken.

KTS meet again with the leadership team for feedback and outline suggested next steps based on the outcome of the session.
